Creating harmony in your home
TBC is proud to have Tiffany Johnson, RVT, KPA CTP, FFCPE, VTS (Behavior), a Licensed Family Paws Parent Educator as part of our team! Tiffany provides private coaching packages to help families with pets grow together. Dogs & Storks prepares families with dogs for life with a baby. Dogs & Toddlers prepares families with dogs for life with toddlers. Both packages includes 4-15 minute virtual sessions to go over the aspects of either preparing your dog for a new baby in the home, or helping your dog adjust to the changes of a child going through different milestones. One hour private sessions are also available, both virtually or in-person, to achieve the most success by developing a customized plan specific for your dog and family. Our goal is help build lasting bonds between your dog and child, while also achieving comfort and safety for everyone involved.

- Communication differences: Canine vs. human/toddler
- Expectations: What to expect from baby and dog interactions
- Incident response: Steps to take if supervision lapses and an incident occurs

In this class, we'll cover the four skills to become Dog Aware®:

Family Paws Parent Educator™
In addition to assisting our veterinarians with behavior appointments, Tiffany is a Family Paws Pet Parent Educator™ and she loves talking about keeping kids and dogs safe! She is a Fear Free Certified™ Professional Elite and is a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner (KPA CTP) and Veterinary Technician Specialist in Behavior. She also has a special interest in beef cattle as she showed steers growing up.
